Will your points work for my region?

Our EU Xbox points codes will work on any Gamertag registered within the EU (including UK).
Our Xbox Live subscription codes (3 month, 12 month etc) will work on any Gamertag around the world.
Our USA Xbox points codes will work on any Gamertag registered with the USA.
Our EU Wii Points only work on PAL Wiis (ie any Wii purchased from within the EU, including UK).

Sounds great. So how do I pay for my Points?

You can pay securely on all major debit/credit cards, either through our own checkout, Google Checkout or Paypal. For security reasons, you will need to provide your telephone number.

Why do you need my telephone number?

To protect ourselves from fraud and so save you money, we verify your order via telephone. Simply enter your telephone number during the checkout and you will receive a call with a unique four digit code. Enter the code on the website and your points will be instantly sent to you email address.

Do I have to wait long for the telephone call?

Not at all. As soon as you checkout, you will receive an email with a link to click when you are ready the phonecall. Our telephone system is automated and will call you as soon as you click the link, no matter what time it is, day or night.

So I’ve been given my four digit code over the phone. Where do I type this in?

When you click the link to receive the phonecall, a page will open on your browser to enter your four digit code. Once entered, your game points will be instantly sent to your email address.

Do I need to enter my telephone number if I’m paying on Paypal/Google Checkout?

Yes, we require your telephone number for all forms of payment.

I purchased Wii points instead of Xbox Points - can I get a refund?

If you have purchased an incorrect code, refunds are issued five working days after a refund is requested. Please go to the contact us page.

I’ve paid but not received anything from you

Codes are sent out as soon as payment has been cleared and the order has been verified. To see the status of your order go to the order status page. If you have not received any e-mails from us it is generally due to one of the following reasons:
  • Our e-mails are in your junk e-mail folder. Please check your junk e-mail folder for our e-mails.
  • Google is reviewing your order. This occurs if you have paid using Google Checkout and their systems are checking your details to ensure the order isn’t fraudulent. You can see if this is the case by viewing our order status page.
  • Our e-mails have been blocked by your e-mail server. You can re-send any e-mails from the order status page.

My order was cancelled, but I was still charged

If you ordered using a debit/credit card, you have not been charged.

However you may notice an apparent charge on your card. This is not a charge, but a pending authorization request between Secure Trading’s billing system and the your credit card issuer.

Authorizations are the initial communication between Secure Trading and your bank’s billing system to ensure that the necessary funds are available in your account before the amount is deducted. An authorisation may reserve funds in your account, but these funds have not been removed from your account. These authorizations will usually disappear within three days. They can remain in your account for up to 14 business days, depending on the bank.
